Current water usage indicates that the required conservation measures are not being met. Water reserves are not being replenished at the rate needed to maintain adequate water supply and system pressure.
Customers are not adhering to the required irrigation days and times. We are asking all customers to immediately review and adjust their irrigation systems to ensure compliance with the Stage 1 restrictions.
Reminder: No irrigation is permitted from 5 AM to 9 PM.
The watering schedule was implemented to help minimize pressure reductions and protect fire protection capabilities. By spreading irrigation usage across multiple days, we can reduce the maximum daily demand placed on the system. Reducing non-essential water use, particularly from automatic lawn sprinkler systems, is critical at this time.
Your cooperation is essential. If water usage does not decrease, more severe water restrictions will be implemented.

Due to excessive heat and high water usage, primarily from automatic lawn sprinkler systems, Wickson Creek SUD is implementing Emergency Stage 1 Irrigation Restrictions. These restrictions are mandatory and aim to reduce non-essential water use and encourage conservation. This helps maintain system pressure and replenish water reserves.
