At Wickson Creek SUD, we offer a wide variety of convenient payment options to our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  Paperless billing is now available!

Effective 08/01/2024:

Implementing Processing Fee's for Credit Card and Echeck Payments.  

Processing Fee's: 

$0.01 - $5,000.00 is 2.75% w/ minimum of $2.00          Echeck - $1.50

To Register as a First Time User and setup your account, follow the directions below, and click the red tab:                

Use ALL CAPS TO ENTER YOUR NAME as it appears on your bill to register in the new system.  You will be asked to create a password.  Your email address is your Log In ID.  If you have more than one account, register one account and then login. Look to the left side of the screen and click on "consumer register another account", and enter that account number. That way all your accounts will be under one login and one email. 

You will  be able to view your account, view all billing history, view all payment history, view all usage history, pay online, and print reports. When you make a payment by credit card or e-check, you will have the option to setup automatic recurring payments or text to pay. You also have the option to sign up for paperless billing.

Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is accepted in person, by phone, or online. 

     

If you pay online,  It takes 24 to 48 hours for payment to post to your account. If your service has been disconnected for nonpayment contact the office to make the payment to be turned back on.

Security / Privacy:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  We will not sell your information to anyone.

Automatic Bank Draft / Recurring Debt Form:

The worry-free way to pay your water bill, with no fees.  The amount of your monthly bll is automatically deducted from your bank account on or about the 10th of each month and credited to your utility account.  There is no setup fee or charge associated with this payment method.  To setup Automatic Bank Draft, simply go to the Forms & Reports Tab, click on All Forms and Reports, click on the green Bank Draft Form tab.  It will take you to a link to fill documant, to complete and submit to our office. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven to ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location & Drive-Thru 8am-5pm/After Hours Night Drop

Main Office- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Located at 8770 Highway 21 East. You may pay your bill in person.  We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after holiday are normally very busy.

Branch Office- Monday and Thursday Only 8 am - 5 pm
Located at 14184 FM 244 (Keith Community) during normal office hours or use night drop.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.  For the payment to post electronically,  you will need to be sure the name on your bank account and the name your Wickson account are the same,  and that you include your Wickson account number.  If information is not match the Bank will issue a check which may take up to ten business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
