New Service Request

To apply for service, click on the Application for Service button, below.  You will be taken to a new page where you can complete the form and submit it online. 

  • The name of the person on the account is responsible for payment of bills, deposits, and other charges that may appear on the bill.  The District is not responsible for agreements made between roommates or renters.
  • Meters are the property of the District and are not to be turned on or off except by authorized district employees.  Unauthorized connection of a meter is illegal under state law.  The District has the right of access to meters whenever necessary.

YOU MUST SIGN THE 3RD PAGE OF THE APPLICATION FOR SERVICE, when completing the Application for Service, you can look to the left side of your screen and see the 3 pages you will be completing.

Once you have submitted the form online, wait for the confirmation email, and then you will need to contact the office at 979-589-3030 EXT. 7 to pay the necessary fees over the phone with Mastercard, Visa, or Discover to activate your service. You may also bring payment by the office or mail it in.

Fees must be paid in full before service can begin.  If you wish, you may also download the proper forms from the links at the bottom of this page and return completed forms in person, by mail to P O Box 4756 Bryan TX 77805 or fax to 936-878-6255.  If you are seeking service for the first time, you can find more information on the rates and policies tab to help you get started.
