Register as a First Time User by follow the directions below:
Use ALL CAPS TO ENTER YOUR NAME as it appears on your bill to register in the new system. You will be asked to create a password. Your email address is your Log In ID. If you have more than one account, register one account and then login. Look to the left side of the screen and click on "consumer register another account", and enter that account number. That way all your accounts will be under one login and one email. You will be able to view your account, view all billing history, view all payment history, view all usage history, pay online, and print reports. You also have the option to sign up for paperless billing.
Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is accepted in person, by phone, or online.
If you pay online, It takes 24 to 48 hours for payment to post to your account. Call the office to pay over the phone if you need payment to post the same day.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on or about the 10th of each month and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and return it along with a voided check to our office. Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
